- 4 brioche buns
- 4 scoops of your favorite ice cream
- Sprinkles or chocolate shavings (optional)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Slice the brioche buns horizontally in half.

Place the buns on a baking sheet and toast them in the oven for 5-7 minutes, until they become golden brown.

Remove the buns from the oven and let them cool completely.

Once the buns are cooled, scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto the bottom half of the bun.

Place the top half of the bun on top of the ice cream to create a sandwich.

If desired, roll the sides of the sandwich in sprinkles or chocolate shavings for added flavor and decoration.
