- 1 pizza dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
- 200g Brie cheese, sliced
- Fresh rosemary leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Roll out the pizza dough onto a baking sheet and brush with olive oil, then sprinkle minced garlic evenly.

Arrange the thinly sliced potatoes over the dough, covering the entire surface.

Top with sliced Brie cheese, distributing it evenly.

Sprinkle fresh rosemary leaves, salt, and pepper over the pizza.
