How To Make Barbecued Broccoli, Cauliflower & Halloumi

- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 8 oz halloumi cheese, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

In a large bowl, toss the broccoli and cauliflower florets with olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place the vegetables and halloumi cheese slices on the grill grates. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until charred and tender.

Remove from the grill and serve with lemon wedges.
