How To Make Bang Bang Cauliflower Tacos

Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 2 tbsp of sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp of sriracha sauce
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup of shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup of chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, water, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make a batter.

Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it’s fully coated, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake the cauliflower for 20-25 minutes, or until it’s crispy and golden brown.

In a small bowl, mix together the mayo, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce to make the bang bang sauce.

Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat until pliable.

To assemble the tacos, spoon some of the bang bang sauce onto each tortilla. Top with the crispy cauliflower, shredded lettuce, chopped green onions, and chopped cilantro.
