How To Make Baked Potato Slices

  • 4 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, until evenly coated.

  4. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the slices and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
