- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices, about 1/4 inch thick.

In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, until evenly coated.

Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on the baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the slices and return to the oven for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
