Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup nuts (optional, for topping)
- 2 tbsp raisins (optional, for topping)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

In a baking dish, combine the mashed bananas, rolled oats, milk, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Place the dish in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the porridge is golden brown and set.

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Top with nuts and raisins, if desired.
