- 1 store-bought pie crust
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup whole milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, feta cheese, and dill. Spread the mixture evenly over the pie crust.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the egg mixture over the asparagus and feta in the pie crust, making sure to cover everything evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
