How To Make As-you-like-it Tortilla
Who says vegetarians don’t get to enjoy savory meals? A taste of these authentic vegetarian recipes will make you change your mind. So, you just might want to go vegetarian after your first bite.

Ingredients
- 4 large tortilla wraps
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, or shrimp)
- 1 cup diced vegetables (such as bell peppers, onions, or tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat.

Lay one tortilla flat on the skillet and sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the middle of the tortilla.

Add half of the cooked meat and diced vegetables on top of the cheese.

Drizzle with salsa and sour cream.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly from bottom to top, creating a burrito shape.

Repeat steps 2-6 with the remaining tortillas and ingredients.

Place the rolled tortillas back on the skillet, seam-side down, and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Cut each tortilla in half and serve with additional salsa and sour cream on the side, if desired.
