How To Make Apple & Linseed Porridge

Ingredients
- 2 cups of rolled oats
- 4 cups of milk
- 2 medium-sized apples, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup of linseeds
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring the milk to a simmer over medium heat.

Add the rolled oats and stir continuously for 5 minutes until the oats have absorbed the milk and the mixture thickens.

Add the diced apples, linseeds, honey, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the saucepan. Stir well to combine.

Reduce the heat to low and let the porridge simmer for another 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the apples are soft.

Remove the saucepan from heat and let the porridge cool slightly before serving.

Serve the apple and linseed porridge warm in bowls, and drizzle with extra honey if desired.
