- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and cook until browned and caramelized, stirring occasionally, for about 20 minutes.

Transfer the onions to a cutting board and finely chop them.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped onions, sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and bake for 10 minutes, or until heated through.
