Ingredients
- 1 block of firm tofu, pressed and cubed
- 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of cornstarch
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 tsp of black pepper
- 1/2 cup of non-dairy milk (such as almond or soy milk)
- 1 cup of panko breadcrumbs
Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Dip each tofu cube into the non-dairy milk, then coat it in the flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Roll the tofu cube in the panko breadcrumbs, making sure it is fully coated.

Place the coated tofu cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.

Cook the tofu in the air fryer for 10 minutes, then flip them over and cook for an additional 10 minutes, until crispy and golden brown.
