- 2 cans (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

In a food processor, add the chickpeas, parsley, garlic, cumin, and salt. Pulse until the mixture forms a coarse paste.

Shape the mixture into small patties, about 1 inch in diameter.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add some oil. Cook the falafel patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and crispy.
