- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup fresh corn kernels
- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions

In a large pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil over medium heat.

Add diced tomatoes, sliced zucchini, fresh corn kernels, and chopped spinach to the pot. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
