Ingredients
- 4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps
- 1 cup homemade hummus
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
Instructions

Lay out tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface.

Spread 1/4 cup of hummus on each wrap.

Divide the sliced cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, shredded carrots, and spinach leaves amongst the wraps.

Roll each wrap tightly and secure with toothpicks.

Cut the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
