How To Make Vegan Tofu Ricotta Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pizza crust
- 1 cup of tomato sauce
- 8 oz of tofu
- 1 tbsp of nutritional yeast
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of dried basil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
Instructions

Preheat oven to 425°F.

In a bowl, crumble the tofu and mix with nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and pepper.

Spread tomato sauce over the pre-made pizza crust.

Top the sauce with the tofu ricotta cheese mixture.
