How To Make Vegan Mac and Cheese
A creamy and delicious vegan version of classic mac and cheese.

Ingredients
- 16 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook macaroni according to package instructions and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt vegan butter over medium heat.

Add flour and whisk until smooth.

Gradually add almond milk while whisking continuously.

Add nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.

Continue to stir and cook until the sauce thickens.

Pour cheese sauce over cooked macaroni and mix well.
