How To Make Vegan Mango Sorbet
Refreshing and fruity vegan sorbet made with ripe mangoes.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 3 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp lime juice
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine sugar and water.

Heat over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.

In a blender, puree chopped mangoes until smooth.

Add sugar syrup and lime juice, and blend again.

Pour mixture into a container, cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Scoop and serve.
