Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

In another mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a dough forms.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangle.

Mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle it evenly onto the dough.

Roll up the dough into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces.
