How To Make Vegan Chocolate Chip Blondies
Delicious and chewy blondies loaded with chocolate chips that are 100% vegan.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup of melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp of baking powder
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup of vegan chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, almond milk, brown sugar and vanilla extract together until smooth.

Then add the baking powder, salt and flour, and mix until well combined.

Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth out the top.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.

Let the blondies cool in the pan for 10 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
