  • 1 block (14 oz) of extra firm tofu
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Drain any excess water from the tofu and crumble it into a food processor.

  2. Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, olive oil, and salt to the food processor.

  3. Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.

  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
