Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp each of sea salt and black pepper
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Add almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper to a food processor.

  2. Pulse a few times to combine.

  3. Pour in lemon juice, olive oil, and water.

  4. Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

  5. Line a small bowl with cheesecloth and pour in the cheese mixture.

  6. Gather up the edges of the cheesecloth to form a bundle and twist to secure it.

  7. Place the bundle onto a plate and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour or longer to firm up.
