- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp each of sea salt and black pepper
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions

Add almond flour, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper to a food processor.

Pulse a few times to combine.

Pour in lemon juice, olive oil, and water.

Pulse until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Line a small bowl with cheesecloth and pour in the cheese mixture.

Gather up the edges of the cheesecloth to form a bundle and twist to secure it.

Place the bundle onto a plate and let it sit in the fridge for at least 1 hour or longer to firm up.
