Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • ½ cup of breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp of Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1 tsp of paprika
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper
  • 1 tbsp of olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Dip zucchini slices into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure they are evenly coated.

  4. Place the coated zucchini slices into the air fryer basket in a single layer.

  5. Drizzle olive oil or use cooking spray.

  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.

  7. Repeat with any remaining zucchini slices.

  8. Serve immediately.
