How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Polenta Fries Recipe

Crispy and delicious polenta fries made in an air fryer that are vegan-friendly!

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 cup polenta
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tbsp vegan butter
  • cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, bring water to boil and add polenta.

  2. Cook for 3-5 minutes and add nutritional yeast, vegan butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Stir until well combined.

  4. Transfer polenta mixture to a greased air fryer basket.

  5. Spread evenly and spray with cooking spray.

  6. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until crispy.

  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
