Crispy and delicious polenta fries made in an air fryer that are vegan-friendly!
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup polenta
- 3 cups water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tbsp vegan butter
- cooking spray
Instructions

In a saucepan, bring water to boil and add polenta.

Cook for 3-5 minutes and add nutritional yeast, vegan butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, salt, and black pepper.

Stir until well combined.

Transfer polenta mixture to a greased air fryer basket.

Spread evenly and spray with cooking spray.

Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20 minutes or until crispy.
