How To Make Vegan Air Fryer Cinnamon Sugar Donuts Recipe
These guilt-free vegan donuts are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, coated in a sweet cinnamon sugar.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp melted vegan butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For coating:
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, granulated sugar, and salt. Mix well.

In another bowl, mix unsweetened almond milk and apple cider vinegar and let it sit for a minute.

Add melted vegan butter and vanilla extract to the almond milk mix.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Preheat the air fryer at 350°F.

Grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.

Scoop the batter into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a corner snipped off.

Pipe the batter into the greased air fryer basket. You should be able to make 8 donuts.

Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.

In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon for the coating.

Once done, remove the donuts from the air fryer and lightly coat them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
