How To Make Stir-Fried Soy Tofu Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb soy tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 2 handfuls of broccoli florets
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.

Add cubed soy tofu and stir-fry for 3 minutes.

Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Add broccoli florets and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve hot with rice or noodles.
