- 8 oz whole wheat spaghetti noodles
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/4 cup scallions, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Instructions

Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.

Drain spaghetti and add to a large bowl.
