- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat.

Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet skin-side down.
