  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.

  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat.

  4. Season both sides of salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet skin-side down.

  5. Cook for 3-4 minutes until browned, then flip over the fillets.

  6. Pour the soy sauce mixture over the salmon and transfer the skillet to the oven.

  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through.

  8. Serve hot and drizzle with extra sauce from the skillet.
