Ingredients
- 1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar. Set aside.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add mushrooms to the pan and cook until browned and tender.

Pour soy sauce mixture over mushrooms and stir until evenly coated.

Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and coated the mushrooms.
