- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Combine soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic and black pepper in a small bowl.

Brush salmon fillets with vegetable oil and sprinkle with black pepper.

Grill salmon for 3-4 minutes per side, brushing with soy ginger glaze every minute until cooked through.

Serve immediately with remaining glaze on top.
