How To Make Soy Ginger Beef Stir-Fry Recipe
This is a savory and flavorful dish made with tender beef, soy sauce, ginger, and vegetables.

Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, sesame oil, and water. Set aside.

Season beef with salt and pepper.

In a wok or large skillet, heat oil over high heat.

Add beef and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Add garlic and ginger to the same pan and cook for 1 minute.

Add bell peppers and snow peas to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

Add the cooked beef to the pan and pour in the soy sauce mixture.

Continue to stir-fry until the sauce thickens and everything is heated through.

Serve over rice and garnish with sliced green onions (optional).
