How To Make Vegan Biscuits
This recipe is for delicious vegan biscuits that are fluffy and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp of baking powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of vegan butter, cold
- 3/4 cup of non-dairy milk
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

Cut the cold vegan butter into small pieces and add it to the flour mixture. Use your fingers or a pastry cutter to incorporate the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Gradually pour in the non-dairy milk and stir until the dough comes together. Be careful not to overmix.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times to bring it together. Pat the dough into a 1-inch thickness.

Use a round biscuit cutter to cut out biscuits from the dough. Place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
