- 1 cup quinoa, cooked
- 1 cup cooked beetroot, grated
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 3 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 burger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, avocado, etc.)
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine ground flaxseeds and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to create a flax egg substitute.

In a large mixing bowl, add cooked quinoa, grated beetroot, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Add the flax egg to the mixture and mix until everything is well incorporated.

Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.
