Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried lavender flowers
- 1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a medium bowl, beat butter, sugar, lavender, and vanilla bean seeds until creamy.

Gradually mix in flour until just combined.

Form dough into a disk, wrap in plastic and chill for 30 minutes.

Roll out dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into desired shapes.

Place cookies on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly golden.
