How To Make Vanilla & Cinnamon Breakfast Rice
A warm and comforting breakfast dish with hints of vanilla and cinnamon.

Ingredients
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 cups of water
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 1/4 cup of chopped nuts (optional)
- Fresh fruits for topping (optional)
Instructions

In a medium-sized pot, combine the rice and water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and cover. Let simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked and water is absorbed.

In a separate small saucepan, heat the milk over low heat. Stir in the vanilla extract, cinnamon, and honey until well combined.

Pour the milk mixture over the cooked rice. Stir well to coat the rice evenly. Cook for an additional 5 minutes on low heat.

Remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

Serve the breakfast rice warm. Top with chopped nuts and fresh fruits if desired.
