Ingredients
- 4 Seville oranges
- 4 cups of water
- 4 cups of granulated sugar
Instructions

Wash the oranges, cut them in half, and juice them. Reserve the juice and the seeds.

Slice the orange halves into thin strips, including the peel. Remove any pips.

Place the orange juice, orange slices, reserved seeds, and water in a large pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Remove the pot from heat and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Remove the seeds from the pot and discard them.

Add the sugar to the pot and stir until dissolved.

Return the pot to the heat and bring it to a rolling boil.

Boil for an additional 1 hour or until the marmalade reaches the desired consistency, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let the marmalade cool for a few minutes.

Transfer the marmalade into sterilized jars and seal tightly.
