A flavorful and spicy dish with juicy kebabs cooked to perfection and served with a zesty tomato chili sauce.

Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 4 tomatoes, diced
- 2 red chili peppers, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Shape the mixture into kebab shapes around skewers and set aside.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium heat.

In a separate bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, red chili peppers, tomato paste, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to make the tomato chili sauce.

Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
