These savory muffins are filled with three different types of cheese and chopped onions, making them the perfect cheesy and flavorful snack.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

Stir in the shredded cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and chopped onion.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, vegetable oil, and eggs.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin pan, filling each cup about 3/4 full.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
