How To Make Sugar-Free Banana Bread
This sugar-free banana bread is a delicious and healthy alternative to regular banana bread.

Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.

Add the eggs, almond milk, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine the almond flour, ground flaxseed, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

If desired, fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the banana bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
