How To Make Stir-fried Noodles
A delicious stir-fried noodle dish packed with flavor and veggies.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 8 oz noodles
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.

Add the sliced onion and minced garlic. Cook until onion is translucent.

Add the julienned carrot, sliced bell pepper, and shredded cabbage. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add the cooked noodles to the other side.

Pour soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the noodles. Toss everything together until well combined.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes until noodles are heated through.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
