How To Make Stir-fried Curly Kale with Chilli & Garlic
A flavorful and healthy stir-fry dish made with curly kale, spicy chilli, and fragrant garlic.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of curly kale, washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and chopped red chillies, sauté for 1 minute.

Add the chopped curly kale to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until wilted.

Sprinkle soy sauce, salt, and pepper over the kale and toss well to combine.

Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and serve hot.
