Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, black pepper, milk, and egg. Mix until well combined.
