How To Make Spicy Curry Cauliflower Recipe
Flavorful and spicy cauliflower dish with curry flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of cumin powder
- 1 tsp of coriander powder
- 1 tsp of garam masala
- 1 tsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tsp of chili powder
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup of water
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets, olive oil, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt.

Spread the cauliflower mixture evenly onto a lined baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the cauliflower is tender and lightly browned.

Remove the cauliflower from the oven and add 1/4 cup of water to the baking sheet. Stir to combine and scrape any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.

Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the sauce has thickened and the cauliflower is evenly coated.
