How To Make Snowman Biscuits
These adorable Snowman Biscuits are perfect for the winter season. They are cute and delicious, making them a hit with kids and adults alike.

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Powdered sugar, for dusting
- Mini chocolate chips, for decorating
- Orange candies or icing, for decorating
- Pretzel sticks, for decorating
Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt.

Add the chilled butter to the flour mixture and use a pastry cutter or your hands to cut it in until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla extract. Gradually add the milk mixture to the flour mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead it a few times to bring it together. Roll out the dough to about 1/4 inch thickness.

Use a round cookie cutter to cut out circles from the dough. Place the circles onto a lined baking sheet.

Repeat steps 4 and 5 with the remaining dough, re-rolling it as needed.

Use a smaller round cookie cutter to cut out the heads of the snowmen from the circles. Place the heads onto the baking sheet.

Bake the biscuits in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden.

Once cooled, dust the biscuits with powdered sugar to resemble snow.
