Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the milk.

Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.

Fold in the green onions, red bell pepper, bacon, and cheddar cheese.

Heat a large non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease with vegetable oil.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes, or until golden brown.
