Ingredients
- 4 sausages
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup green olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides.

Remove the sausages from the skillet and set them aside.

In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until tender.

Add the oregano, olives, salt, and pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.

Return the sausages to the skillet and toss them with the mushroom mixture.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes, or until the sausages are cooked through.
