These tacos are packed with flavor and make for a perfect Mexican-inspired meal.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- sour cream, for serving
- lime wedges, for serving
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Season the chicken strips with the spice mixture.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Set aside.
