How To Make Rhubarb & Ginger Crumble

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rhubarb, chopped
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cold butter, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine rhubarb, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and ground ginger. Mix well.

  3. Transfer the rhubarb mixture to a greased baking dish.

  4. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and cold butter. Rub the ingredients together until crumbly.

  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the rhubarb.

  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the rhubarb is tender and the crumble is golden brown.

  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
