How To Make Rhubarb & Custard Cocktail
A refreshing and creamy cocktail featuring the tart flavor of rhubarb and the smooth sweetness of custard.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of rhubarb, chopped
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of custard
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of water
- Ice cubes
- Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
Instructions

In a saucepan, combine the rhubarb, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook until the rhubarb is soft and tender, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool.

Once the rhubarb mixture has cooled, pour it into a blender and blend until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and custard until well combined.

Fill each glass with ice cubes and pour the rhubarb puree until it fills about a third of the glass.

Slowly pour the custard mixture over the rhubarb puree, filling up the rest of the glass.

Stir gently to mix the two layers.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
