A tangy and sweet sauce made from fresh raspberries, perfect for drizzling over desserts or using as a filling.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

-
Remove from heat and let the mixture cool slightly.

Pour the raspberry mixture into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
-
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove any seeds.
