A delightful dessert combining the sweetness of raspberries and the crunch of pistachios in a creamy parfait.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 1/4 cup of honey
- 1 cup of Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of crushed pistachios
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Instructions

In a blender, puree 1 cup of raspberries with honey until smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with vanilla extract.

Layer the raspberry puree, Greek yogurt, and crushed pistachios in serving glasses.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of raspberries.

Garnish with remaining raspberries and crushed pistachios.
